Last April 12, Brenthill Baguio had a topping off ceremony held at the roof deck. Turn over will start in the fourth quarter of the year.
Pinehill Baguio
Designed to blend with the land, the 12-story vertical village will offer breathtaking panoramic views of pine forests and the mountainside. Unlike Brenthill, Pinehill is not centrally located and is more ideal for those who want to enjoy Baguio City free from the crowd and traffic.
The tower will have a lobby, an atrium, a function hall, as well as a gym and spa. Investors can choose from either a studio or one-bedroom units. These units are perfectly sized for students and their families who either want to stay in the Summer Capital or visit.
Last January, Pinehill Baguio had a groundbreaking ceremony, officially commencing the full-swing construction of the development.
Canyon Hill Baguio
Canyon Hill Baguio is the newest project of Vista Residences under its Vista Hill Series, and is located along Ambuklao-Pacdal Road, in close proximity to Wright Park and Mines View Park.
