Baguio City is one of the favorite cities to visit by Filipinos, known as the Summer Capital of the Philippines because of its cool mountain climate, pine tree forests, and numerous activities and attractions. The city serves as an escape by many Manileños, as well as a hub to other tourist spots like Sagada, Banaue, and Mount Pulag. With the droves of tourists that ply to the city, Baguio becomes crowded during the summers and holidays, making looking for comfortable accommodation difficult.
To address these concerns, Vista Residences introduced their Hill Series in Baguio City. It is a collection of low- and mid-rise towers that cater to several market segments like students, retirees, vacationers, and investors. The Vista Hill Series towers were designed to be both a home to escape to and a vacation home to relax in. Currently, there are three projects under the series — the Brenthill, Pinehill, and Canyon Hill.
Brenthill Baguio, the first Baguio project, is located conveniently close to landmarks such as the Baguio Cathedral, the Public Market, Teacher’s Camp, the Pink Sisters, Botanical Gardens; and near popular Session and Leonard Wood Roads — making it a convenient vacation home.
The ten-story tower takes the style of “vintage Baguio architecture” — graceful log cabins that Baguio is known for. And will house three lower ground floors for the main lobby, an inner garden atrium, and a function hall for residents to hold venues. The top floor is saved for a landscaped roof deck, where residents and visitors can enjoy the beautiful Baguio weather and panoramic views of the city. Amenities include a sauna and gym, a guarded reception area and CCTV system in the common areas, and fire and smoke alarms. Choose from a studio unit, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom units with balconies.
Last April 12, Brenthill Baguio had a topping off ceremony held at the roof deck. Turn over will start in the fourth quarter of the year.
Designed to blend with the land, the 12-story vertical village will offer breathtaking panoramic views of pine forests and the mountainside. Unlike Brenthill, Pinehill is not centrally located and is more ideal for those who want to enjoy Baguio City free from the crowd and traffic.
The tower will have a lobby, an atrium, a function hall, as well as a gym and spa. Investors can choose from either a studio or one-bedroom units. These units are perfectly sized for students and their families who either want to stay in the Summer Capital or visit.
Last January, Pinehill Baguio had a groundbreaking ceremony, officially commencing the full-swing construction of the development.
Canyon Hill Baguio
Canyon Hill Baguio is the newest project of Vista Residences under its Vista Hill Series, and is located along Ambuklao-Pacdal Road, in close proximity to Wright Park and Mines View Park. As one of the prime properties of Vista Residences, the six-story tower will offer a collection of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
