What’s new in Makati? A lot!

Makati is considered the country’s premier city and still continues to revitalize and evolve with the changing times. At the Makati Central Business District, Ayala North Exchange was recently completed and the construction of One Ayala at Ayala Center and Tower 2 at Ayala Triangle Gardens is in progress. Improvements were also made on the walkways and built urban patios, which have started to contribute to a seamless walking experience for pedestrians in the CBD. The Flats Amorsolo, Ayala Land’s first-ever co-living space offering, was also opened in 2018.

Ayala North Exchange is set to open in the second quarter of 2019. It’s a two-tower mixed-use building. Aside from office spaces and a retail podium, it will also have Seda Residences Makati. The building is connected to the walkway system through the Dela Rosa walkway and Salcedo underpass. In addition to pedestrian connectivity, the walkway will also lead to an open and refreshing patch of green where visitors can unwind or hang out to enjoy the view of the bustling metropolis.

Seda Residences Makati occupies the upper 17 floors of Ayala North Exchange Tower 1 and will have 293 fully-furnished and fully-equipped serviced residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, right up to the roof deck bar on the 35th floor where guests can see as far as Manila Bay and its sunset. The property offers a complete range of facilities and amenities ideal for overnight or long-term stays. The bigger residences have a living room, kitchenette, dining area, and washer dryer, while studios are a compact one-room affair.

Shared facilities include Seda’s signature Misto restaurant and Straight Up roof deck bar —the highest in Makati — a swimming pool, game room, children’s play room, an e-lounge and fitness center, as well as meeting and event spaces and serviced offices.

Set to open in 2020, Tower Two at Ayala Triangle Gardens will offer an unmatched premium and luxury experience that integrates seamlessly with the Ayala Triangle Gardens. The development will host two towers on top of a four-story retail podium with premium retail offerings, all of which aim to provide employees access to a well-balanced lifestyle and enhanced productivity. The first tower will house a 40-story premium office, while the second tower will be a 24-story five-star hotel building.

One Ayala is a 2.8-hectare development that promises to uphold the iconic status of the address #1 Ayala Avenue. As the highly anticipated addition to the bustling Ayala Center, One Ayala has all the elements of a self-contained community. A three-floor, 20,000-square-meter transportation hub serves as a terminal for north-bound and south-bound buses, AUVs, the future Bus Rapid Transit, and jeepneys; it also offers a direct connection to the MRT. Safe, covered, and well-maintained elevated walkways allow commuters to get to their respective rides, and pedestrians to reach nearby destinations like McKinley Exchange, Glorietta, and the rest of Makati’s CBD by foot.

One Ayala’s retail center provides a complete mix to cover all the bases of the modern mall experience.

Set to rise above the retail center are two office towers—the first office buildings on Ayala Avenue coming from Edsa. Marked by their distinct corporate address, commanding visibility in a key location, and access to major thoroughfares and various modes of transportation, the office towers (totaling 85,000 sqm. of gross leasable area) adhere to global environmental standards.
