Even with the Christmas frenzy descending upon the city, shopping in style and dining with a feeling of luxury is possible at the upscale Estancia Mall, located inside the sprawling Capitol Commons development, right in the heart of Pasig City. Capitol Commons is a 10-hectare property that embodies luxurious modern living as envisioned by Ortigas Land. It has a legacy of developing many of Manila’s best residential and commercial landmarks. This masterplanned community is a mixed-use development anchored on its three main components: Estancia Offices, which provides a work-life balance for employees of its local and multinational tenants; Residential Towers, with their elegant design suited for luxury living in an urban setting; and the Estancia Mall, which offers a delightful mix of dining and shopping experiences for families and friends.

Global lifestyle and leisure

Estancia Mall is a haven for those seeking laid-back and luxe shopping, with many choices from among global brands offering the latest trends of the season. Its exciting dining — and drinking — choices are also fit for different palates and cravings. Here, customers can shop leisurely from their favorite brands or take a food trip from among the different cuisine choices from its popular restaurants.

The best part about each visit to Estancia Mall, whether to dine, shop, or enjoy leisurely entertainment is that there is ample parking for its guests.

Cinema 1 is powered with the latest in technology utilizing laser and Dolby Atmos

The new wing of Estancia will complement the existing mall, offering a lot of new lifestyle shops, a branch of the SM Store – the first to set foot in Ortigas Malls — and the first-ever Ortigas Cinemas which houses a total of four regular cinemas and two premier screening rooms. Cinema 1 is powered with the latest in technology utilizing laser and Dolby Atmos. It will also be the first e-sports ready cinema in the country.

Ortigas Cinemas aims to bring its watchers nothing less than the best films today. Under the scope of curation, its cinema screens only what it deems worthy of its viewers’ patronage. After all, the best cinemas should only show the best films.

The cinema area and its lounge-ready lobby will feature bold gold accents that become dramatic backdrops for Instagramable posts, evoking the glamour of moviemaking.

Reel Bites is one of the Ortigas Cinema’s gems. Aside from offering the favorite movie companions such as hot flavored popcorn and an assortment of chips along with cold drinks, Reel Bites also fashions a sparkly look that is just as modern as the overall glam look of the interiors.

At the east wing are exotic flavors from all around the world brought to the dining table by Sigekiya Ramen, Hot Pot Session, Buca di Beppo, Annabel Lee Café, James & Daughters, Blue Wonder Coffee Bean & Roastery, and Versus Barcade, to name a few.

Starbucks Reserve

Mall-goers can now also upgrade their mid-day coffee and nightcaps with the Starbucks Reserve. Now, you can get a taste of some of the coffee syndicate’s most exclusive roasts and flavors, like the Reserve’s frappuccinos that’s not served in your regular coffee spots.

Everyone’s closet is worth a makeover as new trends will be offered by Wrist Shot, Luna by Drake Justin, Devaluchi Joaillerie, Retail Lab, and all the newest retail lines in the expansion.

And aside from new offerings for cuisine and apparel, Estancia will also offer Ultra Athletics, Empire Golf, Fitness Army, and a lot more.
For the beauty and wellness buff, it also promises a pampering haven with Skinstation, Customistation, Stylash and Barenaked, to name a few.
The mall continues to deliver many firsts to Pasig City. From first in mall formats to first timers in the Pasig city area, developed by the millennials for the millennials.

“Certainly, it will be the big escape the community is longing for. We are confident that the East Wing will elevate the retail shopping experience of our customers, especially those who live a stone’s throw away from Estancia.”

“We are happy to announce that with the East Wing of Estancia, we will be offering our customers even more world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment choices. We are proud to be the home of many firsts in the Pasig area and we are committed to ensuring that we will keep delighting our customers with their every visit to our mall,” says Jaime Ysmael, president and CEO of Ortigas Land.

Something more to look forward to

Just when you think these are the best that Estancia can offer, it upgrades everything even more. Adding a touch of magic to everyone’s holiday adventure, Ortigas Malls offers Christmas Wonderland, a sleigh ride of activities that will surely bring back the season’s spirit to everyone. Activities go from the Nutcracker musical show to fashion shows and bazaars. The wondrous activities cap off with a Simbang Gabi, a Christmas carol, and a grand fireworks display.

Ortigas Art Prelude, a pre-exhibit to the third cycle of the festival, will be held from Nov. 29, 2019 to Feb. 20, 2020.

On the other hand, for the art hoes and culture vultures out there, Ortigas Art Prelude, a pre-festival exhibit to the third cycle of the festival, will be held from Nov. 29, 2019, to Feb. 20, 2020, on the second floor of the mall’s East Wing. The overture will feature some of the works of prodigious artists like Arnel Borja, Richard Buxani, Benji Cabrera, Allison Wong David, Alfredo Esquillo Jr., Processo Gelladuga, Helen Mirasol, and Sam Penaso.
