Pag-IBIG Fund launched its 1 Plus 1 Raffle Promo at City Garden GRAND Hotel, Makati City on January 30, 2025.
The program aims to encourage more people to apply and be members of Pag-IBIG, especially overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), self-employed individuals, online sellers, and other informal sector workers to register and save as Pag-IBIG Fund members.
According to Pag-IBIG Fund, this program was started “to mainly benefit OFWs, self-employed individuals, and underserved segments of the workforce who, unlike private and government employees, do not have employers to register them.”
“Sa tulong ng proyektong ito, sa pa-raffle na ito, mabibigyan po natin sila ng mas maraming paraan para maging miyembro ng Pag-IBIG Fund at makatanggap ng benepisyo na hatid ng Pag-IBIG Fund. At ito ay tulong ng kapwa-miyembro sa kaniyang kapwa-miyembro,” said Domingo Jacinto Jr., public and members relations group and concurrent vice president of strategic marketing group at Pag-IBIG Fund, in his speech at the launch.
Under the 1 Plus 1 Raffle Promo, active Pag-IBIG members, referred to as “PagIBIGfluencers,” can invite at least one OFW or informal sector worker to become a new member or reactivate their PagIBIG membership (the “Plus 1”). However, the PagIBIGfluencers must have saved in their respective Pag-IBIG Regular Savings facility within the last three months.
The Plus 1 and PagIBIGfluencer are eligible for Pag-IBIG’s savings and housing loan programs. They can sign up and enter the raffle promo, with every P200 worth of savings placed in their Regular Savings facility counted as a raffle entry.
Inaugural draw
An inaugural draw commenced on the launch of the 1 Plus 1 Raffle Promo. It covered transactions from December 21, 2024, to January 24, 2025. The winners are the following:

Members can also anticipate three preliminary draws before the Grand Draw, which will take place in March, June, and September 2025.
In the Grand Draw, 30 pairs will each win a consolation prize of P10,000. Additionally, one pair will win P100,000, another pair will win P250,000, and one lucky pair will take home the grand prize of P500,000.
