The groundbreaking for the Pullman Mactan Cebu is set for 2025, with its doors opening to guests in 2028. The development will present 200 sophisticated guest rooms and suites, and 900 branded residences distributed over three towers, each featuring a penthouse. This initiative is slated to be the largest branded residential community in the Philippines.
