Accor and Tytans Properties Development to open the world’s largest Pullman Hotel in Cebu

Accor, a leading hospitality company globally, is enhancing its expansion in the Philippines through its collaboration with Tytans Properties Development to introduce the Pullman Mactan Cebu Hotel & Residences. Poised to become the largest Pullman facility globally, this venture marks a significant development in the realm of mixed-use lifestyle real estate in the Philippines. This project, situated on the vibrant island of Mactan, Cebu, highlights the evolution of integrated resorts in the region.

The groundbreaking for the Pullman Mactan Cebu is set for 2025, with its doors opening to guests in 2028. The development will present 200 sophisticated guest rooms and suites, and 900 branded residences distributed over three towers, each featuring a penthouse. This initiative is slated to be the largest branded residential community in the Philippines. Residents and visitors will have access to premium facilities, including top-notch dining options, modern lounges, shared leisure areas, and cutting-edge workspaces.

Managed by Accor and operating under the progressive Pullman brand, the Pullman Mactan Cebu Hotel & Residences is designed to be a hub for modern travelers and innovative entrepreneurs alike. This project follows the successful launch of the Pullman Residences in Singapore, which is anticipated to open in 2024.

The official announcement for the Pullman Mactan Cebu Hotel & Residences took place on February 26, 2024, in Mactan, Cebu. The ceremony saw the attendance of Mr. Gerard Tan, Chairman of Tytans Properties Development, and Mr. Garth Simmons, Chief Operating Officer of Accor, Asia.
