Bringing the dream to life

Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (FNG), a joint venture between two real estate giants—Philippines and Japan’s Federal Land Inc. and Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd— is set to usher in a new way of human living with its inaugural project in Cavite.

“Yume,” which means “dream or vision” in Japanese, will unfold as a sprawling horizontal residential enclave, seamlessly integrating urban conveniences and suburban tranquility. Yume is envisioned to be a uniquely nurturing neighborhood that offers the perfect setting for families to start to grow and thrive.

Moreover, Yume is a neighborhood that aspires to be home to thriving communities because of FNG’s conscious effort to preserve nature’s legacy by retaining existing old and majestic trees. This blends with the neighborhood’s design character that is uniquely modern Japanese rooted in minimalist principles, encouraging living to thrive with the community’s refreshing indoor and outdoor amenities—punctuated with beautiful open lawn Japanese gardens. FNG is developing only 10 of the 18 hectares, leaving the remaining area for open spaces, natural parks, landscaped gardens, streetscapes, and roads.

The Next Gen City of the South

Riverpark is the first major development under the Federal Land Communities product line,  as the company continues to grow its portfolio with developments that shape the future of the industry.
