Banyara Development Corp. (BDC), a diverse and innovative real estate company, and St. Ignatius Center for Community Assistance and Progress Inc. (SICCAP), a socio-civic organization which helps less privileged families attain affordable and sustainable housing, has agreed to collaborate on the fulfillment of housing needs for Filipinos.
SICCAP has agreed to fully collaborate with BDC and its affiliate company, Gulf Canary Construction and Development Inc. to develop more than 20,000 housing units in targeted locations within NCR and in the Greater Manila area. This was done through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) last July 11 at the Bagumbayan Function Room of the Quezon City Sports Club.
The signing of the MOU signifies a collaborative endeavor between BDC and SICCAP to address the pressing need for socialized housing within Metro Manila. This project aims to empower low-income individuals by guiding them in acquiring their first or dream homes while also conducting essential financial literacy training. By drawing inspiration from the government’s efforts in fulfilling housing needs, BDC and SICCAP aim to create inclusive neighborhoods where people can thrive.
