Ayala Land reaps local and international awards for digital branding and communications

Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) received multiple recognitions for excellence in digital communications from local and international awards programs this year, including citations from the US-based AVA Digital Awards for subsidiary Amaia Land’s impactful digital campaigns.

Amaia Land’s Uwi Na Tayo Sa Amaia short-form web video received a top Platinum trophy from the 2023 AVA Digital Awards under its Web-Based Production category. Amaia’s digital or virtual tours of its properties also won Gold under the Video Production Creativity 360 category.

Signifying the importance of OFWs and what they do for their families, Amaia ran a video campaign to give them a sense of hope in having affordable houses of high quality to come home to in the Philippines.

The AVA Digital Awards is an international competition that recognizes excellence by creative professionals responsible for the planning, concept, direction, design, and production of digital communications. Work coverage ranges from digital campaigns to audio and video production, website development, social media engagement, and mobile marketing.

Ayala Land subsidiaries also received several citations this year from the Asia Pacific Stevie Awards, an international business awards competition focused on recognizing innovation. AyalaLand Estates’ Appreciating Art: Tula Series won a Gold Stevie, while Avida Land won several Bronze Stevies for Innovation in the Use of Social Media.

Ayala Malls utilized its spaces and platforms with the aim to support animal welfare and advocate for their loving treatment for animals through various activities during U.P. Town Center’s Paws & Play, an annual pet festival.

“As technology and digital platforms continue to evolve, we are focused on integrating these tools into our everyday operations not only to increase productivity and efficiency but to create more effective communications programs that resonate with our stakeholders,” said Chrissy Roa, group head of marketing and communications for Ayala Land Corporate, Estates, and Malls. She added that digital tools allow for easier dissemination of valuable information to the public, increase engagement, and create a better overall customer experience.

Alveo Land’s INTER | SPACES, which was in celebration of their 20th year, won the TITAN Gold award for Property Advertising – Trade Show/Exhibit. The showcase featured some of the brightest and most prominent architectural minds, who are also visual artists from all over the country.

Adding to the list of recognitions for the group are wins at the Titan Business Awards and Titan Property Awards, international programs that honor far-reaching efforts of property developers and professionals worldwide. Ayala Malls’ Paws and Play campaign, AyalaLand Estates’ Tula Series, and Alveo Land’s Commtalk Magazine, Amplify and INTER | SPACES programs were among the Titan awardees. The Come Home to Christmas with Ayala Land also received multiple accolades, such as Platinum Awards under the Marketing: Real Estate, Marketing: Best Event Marketing Campaign, and Marketing: Best Experiential Marketing Campaign categories. The Possibilities: Ayala Land Forging Ahead with You, For You that kicked off ALI’s 34th anniversary communication campaign also received a Platinum Award. The first ever Vermosa Green Run was also awarded Gold under the Marketing: Green/Eco-Friendly category.

In the Philippine marketing communications scene, Amaia Land’s official Facebook page also received a Silver Anvil under the Multimedia and Social Media Tools category at the 58th Anvil Awards. Ayala Land’s annual publication, Groundbreakers, was also awarded a Silver Anvil under the Public Relations Tool—Publication, Newsletter, Magazine, Pamphlet, and Brochure CCcategory. Presented annually by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP), the Anvil Awards recognizes excellence in public relations through outstanding communications programs.

Another ALI subsidiary, Alveo Land was also recently named Most Outstanding Real Estate Developer at this year’s Philippine Social Media Awards—a program that fetes brands who have achieved excellence in social media programs.
