Experience the good life at Empire East’s Bellara Tower

Property developer Empire East Land Holdings Inc. has recently launched a new inventory of units at its latest development project, Bellara Tower 1, located within the sprawling Empire East Highland City, the company’s latest mixed-use township development in Pasig-Cainta.

According to Empire East, which caters to the middle-income and luxury market, the second phase of Highland Residences is named “Bellara” which means “good” as it promises “a beautiful high-rise home where future residents can indulge in a good life.”

This upcoming nature-filled and spacious community will feature convenient walkways and bike lanes leading to its own luxurious shop-and-dine center, the Highland Mall, which will be adjacent to the expansive Highland Park that shall host greeneries, water features, a parish church, outdoor activity areas and retail hubs.

“Its strategic transit-oriented location, breakthrough development concept, and irresistible payment options quickly made it one of the most sought-after addresses in the East of Metro Manila among aspiring homebuyers and property investors,” the company said.

Condo suites at Bellara Tower 1 range from 21.38 square meters up to 46.50 sqm. Empire East is now offering a huge 15 percent launching discount for the new residential tower which features only 26 condo suites per floor at 37 levels.

The property developer also said buyers can choose their units at higher floors without price escalation and enjoy better views of the Metro Manila skyline or the Sierra Madre mountain range.

At present, Empire East’s portfolio of projects includes more than 100 condominium towers in the key cities of Metro Manila, two huge horizontal developments in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, and the 24-hectare township development in Pasig-Cainta- the company’s biggest project to date.

In addition to innovative projects that feature convenience and connectivity to prime locations in Metro Manila, Empire East has launched sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives that “have laid the tracks for Empire East to pursue larger-scale sustainability plans.”

This includes the upcoming Empire East Highland City along Felix Avenue, Pasig-Cainta, which has been conceptualized to be sustainable from start to finish through its four grand phases.

“Empire East has its eyes set on making positive sustainable impacts towards the communities it has built over the years.”
