Architect Mangio masterplans affordable housing project for DHSUD

UAP Likha Gold Medal Awardee Architect Nestor Mangio presents a prototype design and master plan for the affordable mid-rise walk-up housing condominium project to Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar, in time for DHSUD’s 4th year celebration with the theme “Tahanang sAPAT para sa lahat (Adequate homes for all).” The project is part of the housing agency’s program to build and dispense one million housing units every year until the end of the current administration as a solution to the country’s 6.5 million housing shortage.
