Lamudi sees bright prospects for the Philippines as it recognizes outstanding real estate developers across the country with three new unique pandemic-related citations amid the new normal during The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Awards.
Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Lamudi’s Global CEO and Co-Founder Kian Moini said the future of the Philippines is bright.
“COVID times have been tragic for all of us but I have very strong beliefs in the future of the Philippines as a country and as an economy,” he said.
During the gala night held last Sept. 27, the real estate platform bestowed 23 awards to real estate developers who excelled in providing the needs of Filipinos.
It conferred Five Grand Awards to recognize this year’s Best Boutique Developers and Best Developers in Luzon and Visayas and Mindanao, along with the Personality of the Year.
Alveo Land Corp. was named as the Developer of the Year for Luzon and AboitizLand Inc. for Visayas and Mindanao.
Landco Pacific Corp. bagged Luzon’s Boutique Developer of the Year for addressing the specific aesthetic and functional needs of its clientele.
For Visayas and Mindanao, Primeworld Land Holdings Inc. won the Boutique Developer of the Year.
Lamudi said “these prestigious awards are presented to developers who exemplify real estate excellence through the conceptualization, design, and construction of world-class residential, office, commercial and/or retail projects.”
The Personality of the Year was bagged by May Rodriguez, president of Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) and COO of BellaVita Land Corp.
This is “in recognition of an individual whose overall body of work in real estate is a positive force in the industry, whose voice and actions contribute to moving the industry forward, and whose influence will reverberate for years to come,” Lamudi said.
“I will say that ours is the most noble profession as we help uplift the dignity of every person who fulfills the dream of owning a home,” she said.
In its comeback, Lamudi introduced three unique pandemic-related citations namely Best Pandemic Pivot, Best Seller Support, and Best Property Seeker Support award.
RLC Residences bagged the Best Pandemic Pivot award for seamlessly adapting to the digital and contactless initiatives of their operations brought on by the global health crisis.
Despite its digital transformation being underway before 2020, RLC accelerated its deployment in response to the pandemic.
The Best Seller Support award was bestowed on Avida Land for showcasing extra care and effort to the sellers to keep the real estate industry afloat amid the COVID-19 crisis.
Contempo Property Holdings Inc. clinched the Best Property Seeker Support for looking after their customers during the pandemic by creating initiatives that ease a property seeker’s mind, such as flexible payment offers, discounts, promos, and freebies.
The event also unveiled the best industry projects from Luzon and Visayas & Mindanao in the House, Condominium, and Mixed-use development categories that capture property seekers’ attention to greener, more sustainable themes, namely:
