In addition, the Awards recognized the 28-year-old company with two additional laurels for its marketing and digital programs implemented during the pandemic.

Early this year, Santos Knight Frank had won the regional (Asia Pacific) and global International Leasing Agency award during the International Property Awards 2021 event in London – marking an important achievement for the Philippines’ real estate sector.
The Asia Pacific Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
