Ristorante di Verona opens at Swissôtel Clark

This July 7, Swissôtel Clark opens its 10th restaurant, Ristorante di Verona. It is an authentic Italian restaurant located on the 5th floor of Swissôtel Clark in Clark Freeport Zone. Headed by internationally-renowned chef Alessio Loddo of Sardinia, Italy, Ristorante di Verona promises to deliver a range of culinary concepts that diners will surely love.

Tarek Aouini, General Manager of Swissôtel Clark, says: “We are overwhelmed by the continuous support that our guests and customers showed since the hotel’s soft-opening last 1 March 2022. We are fascinated with the warm acceptance to the #SwissHospitality and #SwissTastes concepts from us. After three months of soft operation, and as we continue to offer unique dining experiences for our guests, we are hoping for your continuous support as we open our 10th dining outlet in the newest vibrant destination within Clark – Ristorante di Verona.”

Authentic Italian cuisine

Ristorante di Verona features Italian dishes such as Prosciutto San Daniele, melone or Insalata di mele, gorgonzola, balsamico di Modena 25 anni 550, among many others. To get the full experience, guests can choose from the rich-flavored wines to accompany their sumptuous lunch or dinner. Ristorante di Verona offers more than 300 wine selections sourced from various regions, including a 1958 Pio Cesare Barolo from Italy and a 1990 Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1er Cru Classe from France.

Ristorante di Verona’s signature cocktail is Principessa, a simple, crisp, and refreshing cocktail. Or you can allow your palate to travel to different places in Italy with Ristorante di Verona’s very own Balsamic Reduction, suitable for special occasions. Have it as a light and fragrant accompaniment to the restaurant’s freshly made Italian bread. Ristorante di Verona houses a 25-year-old Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, used mainly as an ingredient for reductions, following the rules of a century-old tradition. And to cap off an exquisite Italian meal, Ristorante di Verona offers selections of digestivo, including an Italian Herbal liqueur, a perfect after-meal digestif, and more than ten types of grappas, which are produced using a zero-waste wine-making process.
