St. Luke’s to rise in Aseana City

St. Luke’s Medical Center Inc. will put up a hospital in Aseana City along Manila Bay.

This will be the hospital operator’s third hospital in the country after St Luke’s Quezon City and St. Luke’s Taguig.

The medical institution has signed a contract of lease with property developer D.M. Wenceslao & Associates Inc. (DMW) for a 13,896-square meter parcel of land in Aseana City.

DMW is the developer of Aseana City, a mixed-use property development project with a total land area of 107.5 hectares located along the coastal waters of Manila Bay.

DMW CEO Delfin Angelo ‘Buds’ Wenceslao said the presence of St. Luke’s in Aseana City bodes well for the whole development.

“An integral part of holistic estate development is anticipating the needs of our locators. Immediate access to world-class healthcare institutions is a fundamental need that we have identified at the onset. To have St. Luke’s Medical Center, the country’s leading healthcare institution, fill this need is an important milestone for Aseana City,” he said.

St. Luke’s Medical Center is recognized as the leading and most respected healthcare institution in the Philippines.
