Prisma Residences’ first tower now ready for occupancy

Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has started the turnover process of the newly-completed first building of its Prisma Residences development along Pasig Boulevard corner C.P. Garcia Avenue (C5 Road).

The completed building, 42-storey Astra, has 41 residential floors.

Time-tested quality

All of Astra building’s residential units are built according to the time-tested quality standards of DMCI Homes. Backing the workmanship in every unit is a two-year warranty for most deliverables.

The units which come in 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom configurations can be easily transformed according to the needs and preferences of homeowners—whether a young professional who seeks independence, established families who want to upgrade their homes, or investors who plan to take advantage of a reasonably-priced high-value property.

Daily recreation

Beyond their units, Astra’s homeowners will get to enjoy completed indoor amenities such as the reception area, ground floor open lounge, Sky Lounge, and fitness gym.

Outdoors, homeowners will take delight in walking around open spaces surrounded by lush gardens or chilling out at the Gazebos.

An added treat that will surely fulfill the daily recreation requirements of residents is the view deck where they can have a relaxing view of the property’s amenity core. The view deck is easily accessible from all the three buildings of Prisma Residences through an elegant staircase.

Enhanced user experience

For an even better user experience, enhancements were introduced to the original design of the project. Enhancements include an update on the building façade’s color scheme; Sky Patio accents; and Property Management Office controlled-balcony lights, making the building a feast for the eyes, especially at night.

Moreover, DMCI Homes also added artificial turfs on the roof deck and along the driveways so residents can all the more savor the relaxing ambiance of resort-style living.

Celeste and Kiran buildings

Meanwhile, construction work has also been progressing well on the two other buildings, Celeste and Kiran, whichfeature 41 and 45 storeys of residential units respectively.

The Celeste and Kiran buildings are up for completion in April 2023 and April 2024.

Tranquil and healthy living spaces

Prisma Residences was put on the market in 2017.

Strategically located in the middle of Central Business Districts (CBDs) Ortigas and Bonifacio Global City, Prisma Residences quickly gained the interest of young professionals, and start-up families who aspire tranquil and healthy living spaces, without sacrificing a prime address and the luxuries of sophisticated condominium living.

The property features a unique building design, developed following DMCI Homes’ pioneering Lumiventt® Technology that gives homeowners nature-rich and quiet spots where they can breathe, relax, and enjoy unobstructed city views.

This innovative building design creates a spacious, breezy, and well-lighted environment to promote the health and wellness of residents.

Moreover, residents will surely savor the seamless melding of the condo’s first-rate amenities, spacious units, generous open spaces, and lush greeneries, which is an inherent part of Prisma Residences’ premium urban lifestyle proposition.
