The Joy Nostalg Group and partner developer Raemulan Lands Inc. have teamed up with One Meralco Group to prioritize energization, set up multi-channel payment services, and install connectivity solutions for their housing projects in Mega Manila.
These services will be provided by One Meralco Group’s power utility giant Manila Electric Co. (Meralco), its telco unit Radius Telecoms, and payment center unit Bayad.
Joy Nostalg Group executive officer Jacinto Ng, Jr. said the business alliance will provide “greater efficiency and greater productivity for both companies.”
Meralco president and CEO Ray Espinosa said the power utility firm is committing to energize 16,000 housing units of Raemulan Lands this year.
“We welcome this commitment from Meralco as we aim to provide 16,000 new homes this year for the working Filipino families and provide them with better quality of life,” Raemulan Lands CEO Eileen Uy-Doyle said.
Meanwhile, Bayad will be providing its multi-channel payment system including its payment centers and newly-launched digital payment app for easier and more convenient online transactions.
Radius Telecoms also signed an agreement to provide a stronger internet connection through fiber broadband to the residential communities of Joy Nostalg in Cavite and Bulacan.

Named as the Top 1 Developer Nationwide of Pag-IBIG Fund for 2020 and 2021, Raemulan Lands has 10 completed communities, at least 12 ongoing housing projects, and a total of 32,000 constructed homes.
These housing projects are strategically located in the highly progressive areas of Mega Manila, particularly in Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, and soon in Rizal and Pampanga.
All housing projects of Raemulan Lands are being managed by the companies under the Joy Nostalg Group. These are Pagsibol Village managed by Everyhome Enclaves, Pagsinag Place under Everglow Enclaves, and Pasinaya Homes managed by Extraordinary Enclaves.
