Carousell Philippines, the leading online classifieds marketplace in the country, has launched the Carousell Property Awards, honoring the notable and pioneering real estate developers in the Philippines as well as their noteworthy developments in the last two years.
It is, simply put, meant to recognize the tireless efforts of real estate companies and property developers to meet the housing demands of Filipinos, especially during the pandemic.

Carousell Property Awards is divided into nine categories: Best Developer; Best Township Development; Best Developer: Mid-market segment (Housing & Condominium); Best Affordable Condominium; Best Development: Mid-Range Housing; Best Developer: Affordable Housing; Best Development: Mid-rise Condominium; Best Development: High-End Housing; and Best Development: High-End Condominium.
CAMELLA: Best Developer: Mid-market segment
Awarded as the Best Developer: Mid-market segment (Housing & Condominium) is Villar-owned Camella which is celebrating its 45 years in the real estate industry and remains as one of the country’s largest real estate brands. Camella has built a multitude of homes, vertical villages, and communities for Filipinos and their families.
SUNTRUST: Best Affordable Condominium and Best Development: Mid-Range Housing
Suntrust’s recent projects ‘Kirana’ and ‘Verona’ both grabbed the Best Affordable Condominium and Best Development: Mid-Range Housing categories, respectively.
