This is in line with the Shelter Program of the National Government through the Building Adequate, Livable, Affordable, and Inclusive (BALAI) Filipino Community Program.
Among Lumina’s awards was the Highest Conversion Performance among Pag-IBIG Fund’s top partner housing developers in Mindanao in 2021. It was also among Pag-IBIG Fund’s top partner housing developers per area in terms of housing loan takeout or loan value including Top 8 Developer in North Luzon, Top 7 Developer in South Luzon, Top 2 Developer in Visayas, and Top 8 Developer in Mindanao.
