The Gokongwei-led property developer was one of only four listed companies in the Philippines included in this year’s roster, alongside over 400 other organizations headquartered in 45 countries and regions across 11 sectors. It first earned a spot in the index in 2020.
Bloomberg’s GEI recognizes companies committed to gender equality and inclusion in the workplace and community. The modified market capitalization-weighted index tracks the performance of public companies committed to transparency in gender-data reporting. It measures gender equality across five pillars: female leadership & talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies, and pro-women brand.

As of end December 2021, women account for the majority of Robinsons Land’s total workforce and management base. 57% of its employees are female, with women fulfilling leadership roles across all levels of management.
