RLC Residences, the residential division of real estate giant Robinsons Land Corporation, officially marks 2021 its most awarded year to date as the recipient of major distinctions from notable and prestigious award-giving bodies across the region.
At the recently held FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Awards, two of RLC Residences’ top-notch developments were awarded gold recognitions in the High-Rise Residential Category. The Magnolia Residences, located at the mixed-use Robinsons Magnolia Complex, received the Gold Award for NCR. Following that, AmiSa Private Residences in Cebu bagged the same award for the Visayas region.
For leading the growth of RLC and changing the game in the real estate industry, Robinsons Land Corporation’s President and CEO, Mr. Frederick D. Go, received the 2021 Prix D’Excellence Award Property Man of the Year at the same event.
In his acceptance speech, Go expressed his gratitude for the brand’s wins, “It is an honor to be your Property Man of the Year. Meanwhile, Robinsons Land Corporation was hailed Philippines Developer of the Year by the DOT Property Awards 2021 for its premier projects.
On top of what’s called the biggest honor in the country’s real estate, its prestigious development, The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place, was commended Best Luxury Condo while their new property in the East, Sierra Valley Gardens, took home the Best Mid-Rise Condo Development award.
More RLC Residences standout properties in and out of the Metro have also been honored at the 9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Philippines). The region’s leading real estate awards program awarded The Magnolia Residences as one of the country winners and was recognized in the Best Mega Mixed-Use Architectural Design category at the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards 2021.
