Villar Group lights up ViCon of hope

Less than three months since Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. held its first ViCon–short for the Villar Group Convention–and gathered the country’s largest real estate brands in one giant virtual property conference last June,  the company is making another pioneering move with the largest virtual recruitment and marketing summit for the year, The ViCon: Business OpportunitieS Summit (ViCon: BOSS) on October 15, 2021.

The ViCon: BOSS will feature the wide property portfolio of Vista Land and the Villar Group of Companies including housing giants Brittany, Crown Asia, Vista Residences, Camella, Lessandra, Lumina, Bria, Golden Haven, and Vista Mall.

It will be an online activity for Vista Land to recruit sellers–referral partners, brokers and sales person.

In all, the event aims to equip them with the much needed soft skills in market-targeting in the context of social media marketing and effectively establishing online presence.

Villar Group chairman Manny Villar said ViCon: BOSS aims to give everyone a chance to succeed in life.

“Everyone deserves to be successful; being an entrepreneur is one way of achieving such. I’ve always been an entrepreneur; I am my own boss with sipag at tiyaga. I have achieved success especially in real estate. In this time of pandemic, our Group wanted to give hope and provide everyone with the opportunity to earn big in real estate even while staying at home. I say to you — be the boss, secure your opportunity, this is your time, join the ViCon: BOSS.”

As one of the largest real estate developers in the country, Vista Land pioneered the biggest digital property expo last June 24 to 25 2021. In the first ViCon, the Villar Group gathered the country’s biggest brands in the housing industry in a virtual property expo where attendees were given an opportunity to learn more about the industry through seminars from various experts in the field.

The Villar Group is committed to providing a more accessible real estate investing process among property buyers and to promoting the industry as another potential source of income for professional brokers, salespersons, and individuals who would want to enter the field of real estate selling.

The current pandemic may have closed many opportunities but it can also open doors to greater ones.
