Bria Homes, Grand Land, New San Jose Builders Inc., and Pueblo de Oro Development Corp, took home a total of five awards in the inaugural awards which recognizes the best new projects and initiatives in Real Estate
Leading the Filipino developers was Bria Homes, which won the award for the Open Space Development of the Year for their Sentro Project and the Affordable Housing Developer of the Year at the inaugural Real Estate Asia Awards.
Winning the award for Special-Purpose Development of the Year was Pueblo de Oro Development for its project The Familia Apartments at Bamboo Lane.
For the Marketing & Brand Initiative of the Year, Grand Land won the awards for The Piazza at The Grand Citygate in Metro Davao where they aim to provide the ‘luxury experience everyday’ with their unique style of architecture and design inspired from Italian plazas.
New San Jose Builders Inc. won the Residential Development of the Year. With the idea of Victoria de Manila at its core, Victoria de Manila 2 was developed along Taft Avenue.
