Strategic location drives optimism for Mandaluyong residential project

Moscow-based home builder PIK is optimistic about its first offering to the Philippine market, banking on the project’s strategic location.

Dubbed as One Sierra, the residential project in Mandaluyong City will bring 250 high-quality units spread across 30 storeys that echo European aesthetic, quality, and expertise.

“With One Sierra, we offer relaxed urban living at the center of this bustling city,” said PIK marketing director for International Projects Elena Petropavlovskaya.

“We named the building after the quaint Sierra Madre street that provides balance to our central location with easy access to EDSA with a more quiet neighborhood behind our property,” Petropavlovskaya said.

PIK said the location of the project works well for the lifestyles of either working individuals or families.

“Ease of mobility is essential for all, so the convenience of being close to shopping centers, hospitals, and schools has proven to be more of a necessity,”the company said.

In line with offering ease of mobility to its residents, One Sierra is just a short distance from expansive retailers such as the Greenfield District Pavilion, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, and The Podium.
“The Philippine real estate sector continues to grow, which is why we are so confident in our expansion plans,” said PIK country manager Mai Yang.

PIK is the largest homebuilder in Russia and Europe in terms of market capitalization among public homebuilders. To date, the company has built 500,000 comfort class urban homes.
