Lumina Homes consistent in providing affordable housing opportunities, gets recognition from Pag-IBIG

Vista Land introduced the Lumina Homes line of affordable housing communities to help address the country’s housing deficit.

Eight years since its establishment, and despite the current pandemic, Lumina Homes is relentless in its commitment to provide every Filipino family a home to call their own — proof of which is its annual recognition from Pag-IBIG Fund.

Lumina Homes is among the Top Developers recognized in the Pag-IBIG’s “Stakeholders Accomplishment Report 2020” which was held via a virtual event last June 4.

Pag-IBIG awards housing developers who have significantly contributed to providing home-owning opportunities to its eligible members, in line with the Shelter Program of the National Government through the Building Adequate, Livable, Affordable, and Inclusive (BALAI) Filipino Community Program.

Among Lumina Homes’ awards were the Highest Conversion Performance in South Luzon in 2020, and in terms of Housing Loan Takeout or Loan Value for 2020 per area:

     • Top 3 Developer in North Luzon for 2020

     • Top 3 Developer in Visayas for 2020

     • Top 4 Developer in South Luzon for 2020

     • Top 6 Developer in NCR for 2020

A Lumina house and lot costs P500,000 to P1.7 million if a homebuyer qualifies as a “low-income earner” under Pag-IBIG Fund, he can pay for as little as P1,898 a month at three percent annual interest for a brand new house and lot.

Being affordable however doesn’t mean scrimping on quality, and like other Vista Land projects, Lumina Homes are part of master-planned communities, and on its own, is equipped with well-thought amenities like a guarded entrance with CCTV, community hall, basketball court, mini gardens and playground, shuttle service, and commercial areas in the near future.
