Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG) CEO Acmad Rizaldy Moti, HDMF VP for home lending operations of luzon group Phillip Keith, and Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Assistant Secretary Leira Buan visited The Lakeshore’s iconic lighthouse in Mexico, Pampanga recently.
They were welcomed by Central Country Estate Inc. (CCEI) president and CEO architect Nestor Mangio, EVP architect Brian Mangio and other CCEI officers.
This collaboration between CCEI and Pag-IBIG Fund will fast-track HDMF housing loan applications of The Lakeshore’s members, fulfilling CCEI’s goal of providing Filipinos their affordable dream home.
Moti was notably impressed by the estate’s remarkable amenities, including the pristine 12-hectare man-made lake, the Saint John Paul II Chapel, the estate’s clubhouse, picnic grounds, jogging trails, the vast tensile tent for events, and water recreation facilities. All of these are integrated with aesthetic yet affordable housing projects.
