Torre Lorenzo Development Corp. (TLDC) won big at the recently concluded PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, held at the Fairmont Makati hotel, last July 5. The property developer won four awards that spoke of the company’s excellence, experience, and commitment in uplifting the lifestyle of Filipino communities.
The awards given were the following; Best Boutique Developer, Best Condo in the Philippines, Best High-End Condo in Davao for Dusit Thani Residence Davao, and Best Hotel Interior Design for dusitD2 Davao Hotel. These awards were among the 39 coveted awards and special honors given during the annual event, following a rigorous and independent six-month nomination and judging process supervised by BDO, one of the world’s largest accountancy and auditing firms.
As a main category winner, TLDC also qualifies to compete at the Asia Property Awards Grand Final ceremony, which will be held in Bangkok in November. “It is an honor to be part of this prestigious event and receive these recognitions in our pursuit to become a world-class estate developer as we widen our reach and continue to understand the needs of the communities we serve to upgrade their living experience,” says TLDC CEO Tomas Lorenzo.
An opportune time
The company’s recent feats also came at an opportune time as it steadily branches out into the hotel and leisure sector in emerging urban centers outside Metro Manila while continuing to widen its footprint in premium university residences. “These awards definitely validate the steps we have taken so far not only to expand our portfolio of student-centered condominiums but to explore untapped markets outside the capital and bring our expertise to emerging urban centers,” Lorenzo says.
In the last two decades, TLDC has become a pioneer in premium university residences, bringing college students closer to their schools through high quality, safe and accessible living spaces.
