The first phase of the construction represents completion of the Podium area, which will house retail establishments and the building’s low zone that features wide open areas of about 5,000 sqm. per floor and is perfect for large business process outsourcing operations. Located at the gateway of the Cebu IT Park, Cebu Exchange is the single largest green office building in southern Philippines with approximately 11 hectares of gross floor area. It was created to allow businesses to maximize operational efficiency, lower day-to-day costs, and provide a healthier, more comfortable and more productive work environment, thus making it one of the most sought-after business addresses in Cebu.

It is registered both with the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and the Philippine Green Building Council (PhilGBC). It is pre-certified for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and is expected to earn the Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) certification.

As testament to its excellent design, it was awarded the Best Office Development in the Philippines by the 2018 Property Guru Asia Property Awards.
