The project turnover is set for April 20, 2022, with Lopez saying that since it is not a tall skyscraper project, it will be a shorter wait for those who want to move in or receive a return on their investments.

Aside from the fact that it is a short commute to Araneta Center with its malls, Farmer’s Market and the Coliseum, the property is likewise only a few kilometres away from Katipunan, which makes it an ideal second home for those studying in the area.
