SMDC sets the gold standard in office development

Unveils first premium office development in Parañaque City

SMDC launches Gold Offices, premium office buildings inside Parañaque’s Gold City.

SM Development Corporation (SMDC) has forayed into providing premium office buildings with the launch of Gold Offices located inside Parañaque City’s premium mixed-use development, Gold City.

This project is a world-class office building consisting of two 12-story buildings with three unit types: the Office Standard at 149 sqm., the Office Premium at 175 sqm. and the Office Suite at 364 sqm.

Lavish, modern and environmentally pristine, Gold Offices will have slanted panels of golden glass paying homage to the airplane’s wings at golden hour.

The opulent interiors were designed by Plus Architecture, an award-winning Australian design firm that specializes in master-planning, architecture and interior design, while the landscape was designed by ALN (Adrian L. Norman Limited), a HK design firm that specializes in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Master-planning.

With world-class design, opulent interiors, exceptional use of outdoor space and generous premium office spaces, Gold Offices will definitely be a stand-out addition to the Parañaque cityscape.
