A sprawling swimming pool and dedicated co-working space are among the amenities set to elevate village living at GERI’s residential enclave in Cavite
Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), a subsidiary of Megaworld and developer of integrated tourism and leisure townships, has officially broken ground on the clubhouse at The Lindgren, one of three residential villages within the 151-hectare Arden Botanical Estate in Trece Martires, Cavite.
The Lindgren Clubhouse is designed to serve as the social hub of the 24-hectare village. Following the enclave’s Scandinavian design concept, it integrates indoor-outdoor layouts, pocket gardens with ornamental and edible plantings, and thoughtfully planned underground utilities. Amenities include a 540-square-meter swimming pool, 20-square-meter sauna, collaborative workspace, gym, playground, multipurpose hall, and daycare center.

“The Clubhouse is designed to anchor community life at The Lindgren Village. This is where families will establish their daily routines—early morning swims, weekend gatherings, children’s playdates—making it the permanent backdrop to residential life,” said Rowena Espiritu, Head of Sales and Marketing, GERI.
The Lindgren is part of Arden Botanical Estate’s broader masterplan, which includes Arden Botanical Village, emphasizing wellness programming and low-density living, and Arden Westpark Village, geared toward families seeking active recreation amenities. The Lindgren has previously received the Best Housing Landscape Design award and a Highly-Commended citation for Best Housing Development in Luzon at the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.

Arden Botanical Estate is distinguished by extensive gardens and natural parks. The township will feature its own Flower Farm, Flower Tunnel, and Children’s Garden, providing residents and visitors spaces to engage with Philippine flora. Surrounding natural rivers, organic gardens, tree-lined avenues, and lotus ponds further enhance the estate’s connection with nature.
Sustainability is central to the development. Arden Botanical Estate incorporates solar-powered street lighting, electric shuttles, stormwater recycling, permeable pavements, and the use of organic fertilizers and pesticides for its landscaped areas.
Since its launch in 2019, Megaworld has earmarked P18 billion for Arden Botanical Estate, which blends residential, commercial, institutional, recreational, and open spaces. The township is approximately 1.5 hours from Makati and around an hour from Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
