Cebu-based Enrison Holdings Inc. is expanding into different property development segments — in hospitality, residential and office — with its signature brand of design and hospitality.
Cebu-based Enrison Holdings Inc., (EHI) launched last month its first foray in residential property development, the stunning BE Residences Lahug in Cebu City. Designed by Arch Haus Asia, a firm known for creating positive transformation of the human built environment by building the future, BE Residences incorporates in its design innovative units and layouts not seen in residential buildings before, such as Maisonettes or two-story townhomes located in the building’s amenity deck.
“BE Residences will be blueprinted with global standard features and amenities, including advanced home tech, resort-inspired amenity areas and state-of-the-art storage facilities,” said Grand Benedicto, EHI and BE Residences president.
He added that the company is expanding into different property development segments — in hospitality, residential and office projects.
EHI, which is also the developer of Mabuhay Tower in IT Park, is also constructing two more towers at the Cebu Business Park (CBP). Bullish of the country’s economic prospects and promising real estate sector, it is also looking at other cities and provinces for more property development projects.
At the formal launch of BE Residences, EHI chairman Enrique Benedicto said he is confident of the country’s economy boosted by the people’s strong trust in the Duterte administration, citing the improving quality of peace and order. Even the brewing US and China trade war has yet to affect the Philippines’ economic strength, the respected consul-entrepreneur said.
Because of this, his property development arm continues to look for opportunities either within Cebu or outside the province to expand its real estate business.
Benedicto mentioned Dumaguete, as well as Siquijor provinces as the probable locations of the company’s out-of-Cebu expansion. He said it also depends on the availability of good and strategic properties.
BE Grand Resort Bohol in Panglao is also expanding its accommodation facility with an additional 300 rooms and a 1,000-capacity ballroom set to open in the next couple of months.
BE Residences Lahug will have over 600 units and is scheduled to be completed by 2022. Even before the project’s ground breaking last September, 50 percent of the units were already sold.
The project will have leasable storage spaces that will be made available for residents who need extra storage.
Enrison Holdings Inc, is also into cement manufacturing, construction, furniture export, among other businesses.
