If there’s one dream that Filipinos hold dear to their hearts, it is having a house they can call home. A place where one can build a family and create memories in, a breathing space where every hardworking Filipino can come home to and relax.
For 25 years now, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC)’s Robinsons Homes has been delivering that dream to every Filipino all around the country. From Laoag, all the way to General Santos, the company has provided beautiful locations for complete and lasting communities.
Its initial community was developed in 1994 in Antipolo, called Robinsons Homes East. Now, Robinsons Homes’ portfolio has grown to 35 subdivisions in 14 key cities and municipalities nationwide. And serving more than 18,000 families, helping them build beautiful homes.
“We’ve certainly come a long way from developing the first project we had in Antipolo when we converted one of our farms into a thriving residential subdivision,” said RLC president Frederick Go.
The other neighborhoods are located in key areas of Laoag, Tarlac, Pampanga, Baliwag, Rizal, Lipa, Cavite, Puerto Princesa, Bacolod, Cebu, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, and General Santos.
With its mission to nurture families and individuals as they start their life journey, Robinsons Homes plans to build more communities to accommodate more Filipinos that have that ultimate dream. And they offer spaces to everyone, no matter the vision and budget.
Happy Homes is a comfortable haven, perfect for those early nesters who would like to start somewhere without breaking the bank.
Springdale is a contemporary development for start-up families. Its space and amenities are designed to enjoy modern living.
Brighton is a more vibrant development for those who like to have a little more space for their growing family. It has prime lots with recreation amenities, all in one picturesque location.
And Bloomfields is a community for families who would like to elevate their lifestyle. It features sprawling properties with well-appointed amenities for the whole family to enjoy.
“This year, we mark our 25th year in the industry. Looking back from our early beginnings in the 1990s, Robinsons Homes has come a long way to establish itself as a reliable brand. From our first residential development in Antipolo, the Robinsons Homes East, to building 35 enduring addresses in key regions nationwide,” shared RLC executive vice president Faraday Go.
“This 2019, we must continue our mission to provide Filipino families with their dream homes,” he added.
Robinsons Homes’ success is not possible without the people who dreamed, those who had a vision to create and dedication to build, and those whose lives changed, once they started a life inside the gated communities of Robinsons Homes.
For 48-year-old housewife Christian Amatos, having a home was a necessary investment for her family. She, her husband Gonzalo and children Christopher and Abby are happily living at Robinsons Homes’ Fresno Parkview in Cagayan de Oro City for three years now.
What she loves the most about living at Fresno Parkview is the peaceful atmosphere, the cool breeze during mornings, and the complete amenities they use regularly, like taking a dip in the pool or hosting a party at the clubhouse.
Fe Principio and husband Joseph chanced upon Fresno Parkview on their way to the airport, when it was in its initial phase of construction. They asked around about the property and Mrs. Principio decided to buy not one but two lots in the then soon-to-become Robinsons Homes community.
It took them two years to pay for the lots and another year for the construction of their home, following the design of the model house of Fresno Parkview, which they really liked. But since their lot is bigger, they had the freedom to build a big enough space for the whole family.
Their daughter Danica currently works as a nurse in Saudi Arabia while their two sons, Prince and Jay are in college.
Originally from Iligan, the family has been living in their dream home since 2016. They have maximized the use of the community’s amenities like the basketball court, clubhouse, and pool. Mrs. Principio even has scheduled zumba classes with fellow neighbors at the clubhouse.
The future is indeed bright for the Philippines because of the many Filipinos who continue to dream. With a developer like Robinsons Land Corporation through its Robinsons Homes brand, everyone will have a chance to make that dream a reality.
