Sta. Lucia’s marketing arm OPMC holds first sales summit for the year

Long-time partner of real estate leader Sta. Lucia Land Inc. Orchard Property Marketing Corporation (OPMC) pushed for a stronger sales team with its first sales summit held at Club Balai Isabel in Talisay, Batangas.

With the theme “One with OPMC,” the sales summit was a three day conference where several sales personnel and business partners from around the country gathered to take part in activities and seminars aimed to promote teamwork and synergy in achieving their overall goal.

Aside from workmanship, the primary objective of the summit is to evaluate the company’s performance for the first half of 2019 based on the corporate goals that have been set within the given timeframe and to assess the current projects and other target developments that should be accomplished later this year. Support and reinforcement programs are also being considered to create a smoother and easier process of generating income which will benefit every member of the management.

During the opening day of the event, each department discussed their own accomplishment reports. The signing of a new sales commitment for the year was also held on the same day.

Present at the venue were OPMC president Eduardo Tirona, SVP Antonio Robles, VP for finance and administration Teresa Severo, national sales director for in-house network William Santos, national sales director for broker network Anthony Tirona, national marketing manager Anne Javier, Luzon sales supervisor Princess Reosa, sales service manager Sheila Garcia, admin manager Marielle Santos, operation audit manager Pinky Ren, accounting supervisor Lee Nen Rivero, HR supervisor Shermaine Dacayana, Negros branch head Melissa Lim, Davao branch head Omar Bulambot, regional sales and marketing officer Fem Lumberio, and acting Cebu branch head Saison Dampios.

Olen Juarez-Lim of OJL Consulting conducted a seminar entitled “Professional Presence” on the second day during which participants were able to acquire insights on how to build and develop their own personal brand. Juarez-Lim has the distinction of being the first Filipina to be certified as a professional image development consultant by the Singapore based London Image Institute and Imageworks Asia.

The summit was officially closed the following day when participants were given the chance to enjoy their personal time with recreational activities at the venue.
