Radisson Hotel Group expands Philippine pipeline with new projects

Radisson Hotel Group is intensifying its presence in the Philippines, a key growth market in Southeast Asia-Pacific that now represents 35% of the company’s regional expansion. This reflects the Group’s confidence in the country’s tourism potential and its long-term strategic vision.

The Group recently signed agreements for three new properties. Radisson Hotel and Serviced Apartments Clark, set to open in 2027 with 252 rooms, will be located just seven kilometers from Clark International Airport. In Metro Manila, Park Inn by Radisson Fairview, opening in 2028 with 151 rooms, will be situated in Quezon City’s Fairview area, the capital region’s largest city by population and land area. Meanwhile, Park Inn by Radisson Laoag, also opening in 2028 with 151 rooms, will anchor the capital of Ilocos Norte, a city celebrated for its cultural heritage.

“Fifteen years on from our first opening in Cebu, the Philippines remains one of our strongest growth engines in Southeast Asia-Pacific,” says Christine Angela Sevilla, Senior Director for Development Southeast Asia-Pacific at Radisson Hotel Group. “The momentum we’re seeing across Cebu, Clark, Metro Manila, Bohol, and key regional destinations reflects the strength of our partnerships and our confidence in the country’s long-term tourism potential. We’re focused on growing responsibly, elevating guest experiences, developing talent, and supporting destinations in a way that creates lasting value for owners and communities.”

Currently, Radisson operates seven hotels in the Philippines, with 18 more properties under development. This pipeline spans both established hubs and emerging destinations, demonstrating the Group’s sustained expansion in the country.

Among upcoming projects is Radisson RED Resort Cebu Mactan, whose groundbreaking ceremony has already taken place, adding to the Group’s lifestyle portfolio in Cebu. The resort segment has also grown with LIME Resort Bohol, a member of Radisson Individuals Premier and the Group’s first Premier property in Southeast Asia-Pacific.

Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue, slated for early 2026, will mark the first Radisson RED hotel in the country. Known for its vibrant lifestyle positioning, the brand combines playful, design-led spaces with local influences and tech-enabled convenience, catering to both business travelers and weekend explorers.
