Empowering purpose and leadership:  Sta. Lucia Marketing held its 2026 Nationwide Sales Conference

Sta. Lucia Marketing, an exclusive marketing arm of Sta. Lucia Land, started the year strong as it staged its 2026 Nationwide Sales Conference last January 24, 2026.

The one-day event gathered champion sales partners under the Sta. Lucia Marketing network from different branches nationwide. These sales partners flew in all the way from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to Manila just to take part in the activities.

During the conference, sales partners participated in a series of engaging activities designed to foster camaraderie, strengthen team collaboration, and encourage creativity. As part of the experience, they were given the opportunity to visit one of Sta. Lucia Land’s premium properties, Acropolis Loyola, where the event was held. Complementing the experience, the sales partners also got to try the inhouse coffee shop, Dote Coffee Bar and Roastery.

Sales partners gathered insights and great motivation from the meaningful discussions led by Ms. Pia Acevedo.

Later on, guest speaker Ms. Pia Acevedo led insightful discussions on a variety of subjects, ranging from personality development, goal setting, interpersonal relationship development and other related topics.  It was a key moment in the event as participants also took part in activities where they can apply the concepts and ideas that were emphasized during the discussions.

The 2026 Nationwide Sales Conference is an initiative by Sta. Lucia Marketing to engage its salesforce.

As a brilliant life coach, Ms. Acevedo brought significant value to the discussion which was meant to inspire sales partners to embrace their potential and explore a better version of themselves in the field of real estate and beyond. This fully captures the central theme of the conference which was; “Lead with purpose.”

Different activities were done to showcase the teamwork and creativity of participants.

Lead with Purpose: 2026 Nationwide Sales Conference is one of the initiatives of Sta. Lucia Marketing aimed at engaging its community. The conference was followed by the Brokers’ Connect event held in February, where sales partners had the opportunity to get to know one another, collaborate on fresh ideas, and identify new objectives to accomplish within the year.

Following these gatherings, Sta. Lucia Marketing’s branches conducted their respective Sales Kickoff events, further energizing their teams and aligning them with the company’s goals and strategic direction for the year ahead.

The conference provided an opportunity for sales partners to connect with their fellow partners from different branches.

With all these events, it is clear that community empowerment is a core priority of Sta. Lucia Marketing. This can be considered as one of the factors which drives its consistent performance among the Sta. Lucia Group of Companies.
