4PH developments gain momentum as PH1 World expands footprint

PH1 World Developers, Inc. (PH1WD), the property development arm of Megawide Construction Corp., has taken another step in expanding its participation in the government’s Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) program following the signing of a Deed of Absolute Sale with the Bacoor City local government unit.

The DOAS signing was held on January 26 at the Bacoor City Hall Multipurpose Hall and covers the site of the 4PH Salinas-Bacoor project, which will be PH1WD’s second 4PH development in Cavite. This follows the company’s maiden 4PH launch, Avesta Residences, in Imus City in 2024. Construction of the Salinas-Bacoor project is slated to begin by February 2026.

Bacoor City Mayor Strike B. Revilla said the partnership with PH1WD, through PH1 World Landscapes Inc., reflects the city’s commitment to providing not just housing access but quality homes that offer value and meet higher living standards for Bacooreños.

“[Makakapagbigay] tayo ng maayos, maaliwalas, higher standard, higher level [na pabahay] … yung thinking mo ay nasa Metro Manila ka, pero sa mas mababang presyo at mas marami tayong matutulungan na Caviteno,” Revilla said, reiterating the city government’s support for inclusive and sustainable residential development.

City Committee Chairman on Housing, Land Utilization, and Urban Development OIC Hon. Horacio Brillantes described the signing as a meaningful step toward addressing the housing needs of Bacooreños and Caviteños, noting that housing remains a top priority of the local government.

“Ang bentahan na ito [sa pagitan ng Bacoor LGU at PH1 World Landscapes] ay simbolo ng makabuluhang hakbang sa pagsisikap na matugunan ang pangangailangan sa disente [at] permanenting tirahan … Ang housing projects sa kasalukuyan ang top priority ng ating gobyerno,” Brillantes said.

During the event, PH1WD president Gigi Alcantara presented the project’s master plan, which includes four residential towers with a total of 2,040 units expected to serve more than 2,000 households. Planned amenities include landscaped open spaces, a basketball court, and a multipurpose community hall.

“Layunin naming sa PH1 na iparanas ang First World Living Experience … Hindi lang basta tirahan ngunit dekalidad at nasa abot-kayang halaga[ng tirahan],” Alcantara said, underscoring the company’s commitment to delivering quality and affordable housing.

The ceremony was attended by Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola, City Administrator Atty. Aimee Torrefranca-Neri, members of the Bacoor City Council and the Sangguniang Kabataan, as well as PH1 World executives including head of design and construction Charles Perri Hari and accounts management head Rowelyn Merencillo.
