Ayala Land Offices Inc. (ALO) has secured a five-year lease agreement with Land Bank of the Philippines for office and parking spaces at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay Corporate Center, reinforcing its footprint within the Bay City mixed-use estate.
The agreement covers 3,866.75 square meters of office space located on the sixth floor of the corporate center, which will accommodate selected Landbank head office units, departments, and one of its subsidiaries. The lease is set to commence on June 1, 2026.
Located within Ayala Land’s integrated development in Parañaque, the Ayala Malls Manila Bay Corporate Center offers modern office facilities with direct access to retail and transport connections, supporting contemporary workplace requirements and operational efficiency.
The contract signing was held at Landbank Plaza, formalizing the agreement among Landbank as lessee, Bay City Commercial Ventures Corporation as lessor, and ALO as leasing manager. Representing ALO were senior division manager Michael Anthony D. Garcia, leasing manager Etzel Austria H. Tandoc, and associate Ma. Rachella Benice V. Tagle. Landbank was represented by facilities management department head and vice president Alexander S. Lazaro, with assistant manager Flordelyn A. Cerilla as witness.
The lease highlights ALO’s continued focus on providing well-planned office environments within strategically located developments, aligned with the evolving needs of both public and private sector organizations.
