Ayala Land, Inc. and ETON commit to building the greenest urban estate in Pasig
Ayala Land, Inc. and ETON Properties Philippines reaffirmed their commitment to building the next-generation sustainable estate at a tree-planting activity at Parklinks. The 35-hectare mixed-use estate in Pasig City will contain an urban forest of native trees as one of its core features.
Company executives and VIPs joined students from the Multiple Intelligence International School (MIIS), whose new campus will rise in Parklinks, in planting the first tree saplings.

“Parklinks represents our strongest commitment to building environments that uplift lives while respecting the natural landscape. By dedicating a significant portion of the estate to parks and ecological spaces, we are creating a healthier, more resilient community that future generations can enjoy,” said President of ALI Eton Property Development Corp and Ayala Land Estates Christopher B. Maglanoc.
Parklinks allots 50% of its total land area to parks, open spaces, and nature-centered amenities. The estate’s masterplan prioritizes walkability, wellness, and ecological connectivity, demonstrating what sustainable city living can look like.

“Parklinks is not just a development—it is a transformative green corridor in the heart of Metro Manila. Our shared vision ensures that sustainability, accessibility, and quality urban living coexist seamlessly within this landmark estate,” said Kyle Ellis C. Tan, ALI Eton Property Development Corp Board Director and President & CEO of Eton Properties.
Five interconnected green spaces are planned, including a riverfront Eco Esplanade, walking/cycling paths with viewing decks at the Eco Terraces, an Eco Center with a central open lawn for community events, and an Eco Park with family-friendly gardens and learning spaces.

The Eco Forest will contain 12,000 native trees, wetlands, and a biodiversity zone. To help restore ecological balance, the area will prioritize the planting of 50 Philippine native tree species. These include endangered varieties such as White Lauan, Yakal Saplungan, and the critically endangered Medinilla magnifica (Kapa-kapa) as listed by IUCN.
A portion of the Eco Forest is being developed using the Miyawaki method, a Japanese technique that involves planting native species close together so they grow rapidly through natural competition.
“For residents of PNST and The Lattice, living in Parklinks means having true, everyday access to nature—not just views of green, but real parks right at their doorstep,” said Hans Lopez Vito, Vice President & Head of Brand Experience & Strategy – Residential Business Group, Estates, and Corporate of Ayala Land, Inc.
“The ability to step out to expansive lawns, riverside paths, and shaded plazas elevates condominium living—turning wellness, walkability, and outdoor time into part of daily life. That’s what makes Parklinks uniquely compelling in Metro Manila.”
While many areas are still under development, the estate has a good road network and a Pet Park, making it ideal for strolling, cycling, and dog walking among nearby residents and office workers. The area is accessible via C5 and directly from Bridgetowne and will be linked by bridge to Circulo Verde, a residential development along the Marikina River in Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
A new Parklinks Experience Center, set to open in February, will allow visitors to explore and experience the various sustainable innovations up close.
