Primeworld Land officially broke ground on January 10, 2026 for its newest residential development, Primeworld Meadows, located in Barangay Palapala, San Ildefonso, Bulacan. The milestone marks another significant step in the company’s mission to help bridge the country’s housing backlog through well-planned, affordable communities.
Covering a total land area of 102,272 square meters and to be developed in two phases, Primeworld Meadows is a large-scale economic housing project designed to make homeownership more accessible to Filipino families. Phase 1 will feature 522 housing units across 5.5 hectares, while Phase 2 will deliver an additional 973 units spanning 9.3 hectares, underscoring the company’s strong commitment to addressing the growing demand for affordable housing. The development also marks Primeworld Land’s third housing project in the province of Bulacan, following the successful developments of Rafaela Homes in Baliuag and Primeworld Enclave in San Rafael.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Primeworld Land executives, local government representatives, and project partners, signaling the start of construction for what is envisioned to be a thriving and well-integrated residential community in one of Bulacan’s steadily growing municipalities.

“The success of Primeworld Enclave in San Rafael and our experience with homebuyers clearly show that Filipinos continue to aspire for a place they can truly call their own—for themselves and for their families,” said Sherwin Uy, CEO of Primeworld Land. “This reaffirms that homeownership remains a deeply held goal, and it drives us to continue building communities that are not only affordable, but also safe, dignified, and designed for long-term living.”

“Primeworld Meadows is designed with practicality in mind,” said Celine Co, Head of Business Development at Primeworld Land. “From its strategic location near schools, markets, and transport hubs to the thoughtfully planned lot and unit layouts, the project makes daily living convenient for families while ensuring they can invest in a home that grows with them.”
Strategically located in San Ildefonso, Bulacan, Primeworld Meadows benefits from the municipality’s improving infrastructure and growing regional accessibility, making it an attractive option for families seeking a balance between affordability and connectivity. The area is surrounded by essential establishments such as schools, public markets, churches, commercial stores, restaurants, and a bus terminal with routes to Metro Manila, providing residents with convenient access to daily needs and transportation. As Metro Manila and other key urban centers become increasingly congested and costly, developments in growth areas like Bulacan play a vital role in decentralizing housing and supporting sustainable regional expansion.

Primeworld Land is known for its strong advocacy for affordable quality homes in ideal locations, ensuring that even economic housing projects are thoughtfully masterplanned. The communities are designed to be safe, organized, and conducive to community building, with spaces that encourage neighbor interaction and foster a sense of belonging.
“This development is more than just a housing project—it is part of our broader commitment to nation-building,” Uy added. “The housing backlog remains a critical challenge in the Philippines, and we are focused on doing our part by delivering quality homes that Filipino families can be proud of.”
The two-phase project is expected to generate employment during construction and stimulate economic activity in the surrounding areas, further strengthening its positive impact on the local community.
With the launch of Primeworld Meadows, Primeworld Land reinforces its position as a key contributor to addressing the country’s housing gap—demonstrating that affordability, quality, and community-centric design can and should go hand in hand.
