Primeworld Land officially broke ground on January 10, 2026 for its newest residential development, Primeworld Meadows, located in Barangay Palapala, San Ildefonso, Bulacan. The milestone marks another significant step in the company’s mission to help bridge the country’s housing backlog through well-planned, affordable communities.
Covering a total land area of 102,272 square meters and to be developed in two phases, Primeworld Meadows is a large-scale economic housing project designed to make homeownership more accessible to Filipino families.
