Landers Superstore opens new branch in Aseana City

Landers Superstore has launched its newest store in Aseana City, opening a full-service branch at the corner of J.W. Diokno Boulevard and Bradco Avenue. The addition strengthens the brand’s presence in the south metro and reinforces its position as one of the country’s leading membership-based retail destinations.

Rising within the 107-hectare master-planned Aseana district, the store sits in a rapidly expanding community shaped by new residences, office developments, entertainment complexes, and government institutions. With more families and professionals choosing to live and work in the Bay Area, the location places Landers directly inside a district that continues to grow in density and demand.

Local officials and industry partners, including Parañaque City Mayor Edwin L. Olivarez, Congressman Eric L. Olivarez, and DM Wenceslao & Associates CEO Delfin Wenceslao, attended the opening alongside media guests. Ahtisa Manalo and Catriona Gray also joined the launch.

Opening just ahead of peak holiday shopping, the new store welcomes members with broad aisles, everyday essentials, and imported selections suited for Christmas preparations. The branch highlights Landers’ two signature in-house labels: Founders, which focuses on pantry staples, specialty ingredients, and international picks for home cooking and hosting; and Selection by Landers, which covers household, personal care, and kitchen needs backed by practical value.

Beyond its merchandise mix, the store carries the brand’s full suite of membership perks, including grooming services at Federal Barbers, fuel savings at Landers–Caltex stations, affordable medications at Capital Care Pharmacy, and regular access to curated deals and seasonal exclusives. These benefits continue to draw households and small businesses looking to stretch purchasing power.

Landers also maintains its Business Membership tier at ₱1,200, designed for companies and entrepreneurs who rely on higher-volume procurement. The program offers a 2 percent unlimited rebate on purchases, giving users year-round returns on operational spending.

During the opening, Landers Superstore Deputy CEO Bill Cummings said, “Landers Aseana brings our store closer to the communities around the Bay Area. We aim to offer good value, solid savings, and a shopping experience that feels comfortable and enjoyable for our members.”

With its doors now open, Landers Aseana enters a neighborhood defined by steady growth and evolving consumer needs, offering residents a convenient and reliable membership shopping experience in one of Parañaque’s busiest lifestyle districts.
