Ovialand and Takara Leben Co. marks third joint venture with Anara

Ovialand Inc. (“Ovialand”), a property developer focused on offering Filipino families a premier family living experience, presents Anara — the third joint venture project with Takara Leben Co. Ltd. (“Takara Leben”), a Japan-based firm specializing in condominium, real estate leasing, and real estate distribution.

Anara is a 4.2-hectare development in Baliuag, Bulacan, featuring 275 units. The project will bring Ovialand’s signature Premier Family Living experience—offering premium finishes, efficient precast construction, and the HousEasy service commitment—to this rapidly growing Central Luzon community. Takara Leben’s involvement adds value with its global expertise in quality standards, integrated operations, and real estate innovation.

Pammy Olivares-Vital, President and CEO of Ovialand, and Hiroshi Iwamoto, Director of Takara Leben, formally sign their third venture together for the development of Anara in Baliuag, Bulacan.

Building on a successful partnership that began in 2023, this marks the third joint venture between Ovialand and Takara Leben Co., following their first project, Savana South, and Sentro, launched in 2024. It is also the first development under this partnership in Central Luzon, specifically in Baliuag, Bulacan.

Baliuag, Bulacan is emerging as a high-growth area as the city is experiencing a rise in majorestablishments, including retail centers, which indicate strong purchasing power and residential demand. With road infrastructures such as the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and Skyway, travel from Baliuag to Manila is quicker and more convenient.

This project is a significant milestone for Ovialand as it expands its presence beyond Southern Luzon while also advancing Takara Leben’s Southeast Asia expansion strategy by developing projects in various locations.

The Takara Leben and Ovialand teams, headed by Hiroshi Iwamoto and Pammy Olivares-Vital, gather for a group photo with Ovialand Chairman Giovanni Olivares.

This steady flow of projects shows Takara Leben’s trust in Ovialand’s building skills, the strength of the HousEasy model, and their shared goal of creating quality communities across the Philippines.

“Today, we add another chapter to our story with Anara, our first joint venture in Central Luzon, a region full of promise and steady growth, supported by rising commercial activity and excellent connectivity.” Pammy Olivares-Vital, President and CEO of Ovialand, said.

“In times like these, it becomes even more important for companies like Ovialand to persevere. To choose what is right. To build with integrity. To deliver our commitments with sincerity. Not just for ourselves, but for the future of our nation and its people.” Olivares-Vital added.
