Century Properties Group’s PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI) is set to expand its portfolio with the construction of 13,150 new homes across nine locations nationwide, representing a total value of PHP 8.39 billion. The developments, scheduled for completion by the end of 2025, aim to address the country’s housing backlog while providing affordable, high-quality homes for first-time Filipino buyers.
Construction of the new units will be carried out by PPHI’s in-house arm, PHirst Build, alongside long-term partner Megawide Construction Corp. (MCC). PHirst Build will handle 6,326 units in Luzon, including the recently launched PHirst Park Homes Sto. Tomas and PHirst Park Homes Magalang East. Megawide is tasked with delivering 5,824 precast units across five projects in growth areas such as Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas. An additional 1,000 units are in the process of contract awarding and are expected to be included in this year’s development plan.
Since its founding in 2017, PPHI has awarded 29,306 units to dedicated construction partners. The upcoming projects will bring the company’s total housing stock to 42,456 units.

By mid-2025, PPHI had completed more than 15,000 units, with projections to reach around 18,000 by year-end. Over 10,000 units have already been turned over to buyers, and the figure is expected to exceed 14,000 by December, demonstrating the company’s commitment to timely delivery and quality execution.
The company’s expansion leverages advanced construction methods, including Precast and Cast-In-Place (CIP) building systems, to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and quality across all projects. PHirst Build, established in 2022, has already overseen the construction of over 12,000 units nationwide, representing roughly 31% of PHirst’s total housing portfolio.
