Everyone deserves a place to call home.
The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), together with Pag-IBIG Fund, is making this promise a reality through the National Housing Expo 2025.
“Ang pagkakaroon ng sariling bahay ay patuloy na mailap para sa marami nating kababayan,” says President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
“Kaya naman, nagsusumikap ang pamahalaan na palawakin ang mga programa nito upang mabigyan ang lahat ng ligtas, maayos, at sariling tahanan.”
Part of the administration’s push under the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, the event runs from October 23 to 24 at the World Trade Center.
Quality homes made accessible
Over 81 booths from government agencies and private developers line the Expo, giving visitors a firsthand look at homes to suit every need.

Each attendee receives a loan value card, making it easy to check their Pag-IBIG Housing Loan eligibility and see which properties fit their budget.
Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta notes that more than 100,000 brand-new homes are available through the Pag-IBIG Housing Loan from the country’s top 50 developers, while over 30,000 Pag-IBIG Acquired Assets are offered at discounts of up to 40 percent during the event.
“Ang pagtitipon natin ngayon ay patunay ng pagkakaisa ng mga ahensya ng pamahalaan at pribadong sektor upang makapaghatid ng komprehensibo, praktikal, at sustainable na solusyon sa pabahay,” she adds.

Interactive games, creative installations, and special discounts keep attendees engaged, while booths like SM Home offer a hands-on look at the full homeownership experience.
Visitors can also join discussions on affordable financing, socialized housing, the enhanced community mortgage program, and more.
These learning sessions play a vital role in making the journey to homeownership simpler, more manageable, and fully within reach.
Reaching communities nationwide
The event doesn’t stop at Metro Manila.
Similar fairs are being held in key cities to bring housing opportunities closer to local communities.
“As part of our National Shelter Month activities this October, we are also holding regional housing fairs in various provinces,” shares DHSUD Secretary and Pag-IBIG Fund Chairman Jose Ramon P. Aliling.
“These events, together with the Metro Manila Expo, are part of our nationwide effort to bring the Expanded 4PH Program closer to Filipino families across the country.”
Visitors can also take advantage of Pag-IBIG special services, including a lower interest rate of 4.5 percent per year for properties worth up to P1.8 million. This is available to the first 10,000 local workers and 1,000 Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
Members who want to renovate their homes can use the Home Improvement Loan program, which provides up to P300,000 for repairs and upgrades.
Those unable to attend in person can access similar services online via the Pag-IBIG Fund website.
“Hanggang may mga Pilipinong nagnanais ng sariling tahanan, hindi titigil ang pamahalaan sa aming pagkilos,” the President remarks.
“Walang hihinto sa trabaho, at walang maiiwan sa bagong Pilipinas. Sa pagtutulungan natin, mas mapapabilis ang darating na araw na bawat Pilipino ay magkakaroon ng tahanang mamahalin at ipagmamalaki.”
Building on this vision, Acosta adds: “Pag-IBIG Fund stands ready to support every Filipino worker in their journey to homeownership. Backed by our strong financial position, we are committed to making affordable and dignified housing a reality for all.”
Owning a home is more than a roof over one’s head—it’s security, pride, and a life built for family.
Every Filipino who takes that step moves closer to stability and a brighter tomorrow. With continued support, the dream of a safe, lasting home is no longer out of reach.
