The group—which includes Dusit Thani Residence Davao, dusitD2 Davao, and Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort—announced that comprehensive inspections were immediately carried out by each property’s Engineering and Safety teams. No significant structural damage or safety concerns were found, and all guests and staff members are safe.
All accommodations, restaurants, and leisure amenities across the three destinations continue to operate normally. Each property continues to closely monitor official advisories from PHIVOLCS and local government units to ensure preparedness and ongoing vigilance.
