Megaworld tops off new European-inspired condo in capital town Pampanga

Real estate giant Megaworld has formally topped off the 15-story Montrose Parkview, its third residential condominium development inside its 35.6-hectare Capital Town township in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Inspired by European architecture, Montrose Parkview offers 293 units and is located across a plaza that will soon feature an exciting row of dining and retail stores in the township.
