Laurean Residences by Ayala Land nets nearly P8B in sales ahead of launch

Ayala Land Premier’s newest luxury address, Laurean Residences, has secured almost P8 billion in sales before its formal launch, signaling the unwavering appetite for high-end residential spaces in Makati’s prime district.

Set to rise as the signature tower of Dela Rosa Gardens, a 1.3-hectare mixed-use enclave along Paseo de Roxas and Dela Rosa Street, Laurean Residences will be part of a masterplan that integrates the new BPI headquarters and a 2,700-square-meter urban park.
