The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA) is bringing the country’s leading developers, policymakers, and advocates together for its National Convention in Baguio City from October 15 to 17, 2025. The annual gathering coincides with National Shelter Month and the organization’s 52nd founding anniversary.
Carrying the theme “One Voice, One Vision, Housing for All,” the convention underscores the call for unity among government, private developers, and stakeholders to ensure decent, affordable, and sustainable housing for every Filipino.
“This year’s theme is a call for unified action among government, private developers, and stakeholders to secure decent, affordable, and sustainable homes for every Filipino,” said CREBA national president Noel Toti M. Cariño.
Fernando S. Tiong, chairman of the organizing committee, emphasized that the event will highlight the Chamber’s support for the Marcos administration’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program while tackling critical challenges that continue to affect the industry—from access to financing and streamlined permitting to incentives that can accelerate mass housing production.
“By convening industry leaders, policymakers, and advocates, CREBA seeks to amplify the housing sector’s role in national growth and social equity,” added CREBA national chair Jerry M. Navarrete.
The milestone convention will also serve as a platform to reaffirm CREBA’s commitment to advancing policies and partnerships that can bridge the country’s housing gap and turn the vision of “Housing for All” into reality.
Leading brands and developers have pledged support for the event, with Boysen Paint, Vistaland and Communityline Development Corp. as platinum partners; Megapines Realty and Development, DMCI Homes, Cebulandmasters Inc., Megaworld Corporation, and RLand as gold sponsors; Ayala Land and Robinsons Land as silver sponsors; Sta. Lucia Land, Billion Bricks–Bayan Foundation, and National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation as pearl sponsors; FS Dulalia Realty & Development Corp. and Pag-IBIG Fund as diamond sponsors; Central Country Estates, Eastern Petroleum, and Borland Development Corp. as ruby sponsors; and Cityland as patron.
A highlight of the three-day event is the back-to-back housing expo, envisioned as a vibrant marketplace for innovation, business opportunities, and industry networking.
