Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) is preparing to unveil Filinvest Malls Mimosa, a new retail destination that will rise at the heart of the 201-hectare Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City in Clark Freeport Zone. The opening marks another step in FLI’s vision of bringing master-planned, community-driven developments to North and Central Luzon.
Within Mimosa+, which is already home to Quest Plus Hotel and the Mimosa Golf Course, the new mall is positioned as the estate’s commercial centerpiece. The larger development will also include residences and office spaces, completing its integrated urban lifestyle concept.
Its location places it just 80 kilometers from Metro Manila and a short drive to major expressways—NLEX, SCTEX, and TPLEX—with Clark International Airport only five kilometers away. Infrastructure projects such as the North-South Commuter Railway and the Subic-Clark-Manila-Batangas Railway are set to enhance connectivity even further, making Clark a vital gateway not only for Luzon but also for the Asia-Pacific region.
“Filinvest Malls Mimosa spans approximately 22,000 square meters across three levels. Designed to blend indoor comfort with open-air charm, the mall features landscaped open areas, al fresco dining zones, and a Celebration Plaza—a convergence spot for its community,” said Mitch Dumlao, First Vice President and Retail Business Unit Head.
The mall’s design has already been recognized, winning the Best Retail Interior Design award at the BCI Asia Interior Design Awards 2020 for its art sculpture along M.A. Roxas Drive, Celebration Plaza’s water feature, and estate fountain. Its retail mix includes lifestyle, dining, wellness, and leisure brands that cater to families, professionals, and travelers drawn to Clark’s growing community.
Complementing the mall is Filinvest Shoppes Mimosa, scheduled to open in November 2025. The 2,600-square-meter open-air retail strip will feature specialty dining and lifestyle concepts such as Firehouse Pizza, ¡La Loca!, At the Blanc, Crabs Unlimited, Karrera Showroom, North Haven Spa, Salomé, and Mova Fitness. With its pedestrian-friendly layout and curated tenants, the Shoppes will highlight the estate’s focus on wellness and experiential retail.
Together, Filinvest Malls Mimosa and Filinvest Shoppes Mimosa are designed as distinct yet complementary developments that will add to Filinvest Malls’ total portfolio of 280,000 square meters of retail space. They join the company’s network of lifestyle and community malls across the country, which includes Festival Mall in Alabang, Main Square in Bacoor, Fora in Tagaytay, IL Corso in Cebu, and Filinvest Malls in Dumaguete.
