Narra Park Residences Avia clinched its second consecutive win in its category, reflecting Alsons Dev’s strength in delivering thoughtfully planned housing communities that address the evolving needs of Mindanaoan families. Avia Estate’s recognition as Best Mixed Use Development highlights the company’s ability to integrate residential, commercial, and leisure components within a masterplanned estate. Meanwhile, Mahogany South earned an early spotlight with a commendation that points to its promise as a new residential address in Metro Davao.
