Sta. Lucia Land, together with its exclusive marketing arm 1 Premiere Land Marketing Company, recently turned over a donated lot within Sta. Monica Lake Residences to the local government of Manaoag, Pangasinan.
The property will house a three-storey police headquarters, marking a collaboration between the private and public sectors to strengthen community safety and support local development. The ceremonial turnover in July included the signing of the Deed of Donation, led by Sta. Lucia Land President Exequiel Robles, 1 Premiere Land President Augustine Cayabyab Jr., Vice President Ellen Dimaculangan, and Hind Sugar Company Inc.’s Jose De Venecia III, joint venture partner for Sta. Monica Lake Residences.
Mayor Jeremy Agerico B. Rosario, MD, received the donation on behalf of the municipality, citing the important role of the private sector in complementing government infrastructure and public service efforts. Vice Mayor Domy Ching, PMAJ Peter Paul Sison, and PCOL Alex Fulgar were also present for the turnover and groundbreaking ceremonies.
